Ralph W. Campbell, Jr.
Associate Trainer
Ralph Campbell is an Associate Trainer and works on our Corporate Delivery Team to facilitate and coach our corporate clients. His extensive business experience and leadership activities have made him an integral part of the SourcePoint facilitation team.
Professionally, Ralph is Vice President of Group Benefits at McKinley Financial Services, Inc. (MFS, Inc.). Ralph is responsible for the overall management of group benefits and sales. He recruits sales agents, develops and implements on-going training programs for agents, and identifies and develops new business opportunities for the MFS, Inc. Ralph also oversees the satellite offices in Atlanta and Orlando. He has been instrumental in the implementation and administration of employee benefit plans across the southeastern United States.
Prior to joining McKinley Financial Services, Ralph was an Account Representative for UNUM Life Insurance Company for seven years. He has spent years assisting people in leadership facilitation. His goal is to “support people where they are and to get them where they want to be.”
Ralph is a tremendous supporter of the Urban Teacher Academy Program (UTAP), the brainchild program of current Broward County School Board member Robert Parks. Ralph sponsors an annual graduation dinner for UTAP graduates and their parents. He was featured in Business in Broward in 2004 and was a 2005-06 nominee for the JM Families African American Achievers Award.
A native of Key West, Florida, Ralph has three-year old twin boys, Brandon and Cameron and resides in South Florida. His family mentors include three sisters, two of which hold PhDs and the other a Juris Doctorate. Ralph is currently applying for admission to the masters PhD leadership program at Nova Southeastern University. He has a B.A. from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia.
