Core Principles, Distinctions, and Ethical Standards
- We recognize that all companies and organizations, whether operating for profit or not, are fundamentally communities of people that perpetuate an idea grounded in some form of service to customers or other benefactors.
- We believe that because all companies and organizations use resources (human, material, environmental, financial, etc.) from within the communities they exist, they have an inherently ethical responsibility towards those communities, which must be internally determined by the leading members of the organization.
- The relationship that an ethically-based organization has with its community is centered as a “partner-model” vs. a “consumer model” of existence. This distinction is equally important in defining all other internal and external relationships of the organization as well (i.e. manager to employee).
- We believe that the success of every company or organization is directly proportional to the success of each individual within it. As such, the focus of the services we provide our clients balances the combined growth of each individual we work with as well as the organization as a whole.
- We recognize that success is defined many different ways and we are therefore always mindful to determine the unique purpose and goals of each client independent of others. Furthermore, we understand that professional success is invariably connected to successes in personal, spiritual, and social endeavors and that all professionals are human beings first who have salient human needs, interests, and identities.
- We believe learning and growth is a distinctly individual process that requires many creative, flexible and spontaneous methods and incentives designed to meet each individual at any given stage of their personal and professional development.
- We believe that every individual within a company or organization is of equal inherent value and worth regardless of their title or pay scale, and when they are treated as such, the possibility for their professional development expands significantly and enhances the overall value of the organization with which they are a part of.
- We believe in the fundamental equality of all human beings regardless of any specific demographic differences, and we are committed to treating every client with sincere, unconditional respect and professionalism.
