The Academy for Professional Excellence™

Professional excellence requires enhanced capacities with intrapersonal awareness, interpersonal communication, and a variety of competencies related to intra-group dynamics, especially regarding conflict resolution and developing leadership. As such, the SourcePoint curriculums emphasize the distinctions, lessons, methods, and techniques that evoke and empower enhanced professional development, yet are commonly overlooked or taken for granted within many organizations.

Our signature curriculum, The Academy for Professional Excellence™, consists of four Phases conducted over a combined 20-week period. Each five-week Phase begins with an empowering and interactive group training focused on advanced skill-sets necessary for the highest levels of professional success. The lessons and breakthroughs that participants experience in these trainings are the foundation to an equally valuable component of the curriculum – direct, professional coaching. These coaching sessions are facilitated by the same SourcePoint Trainers in weekly one-on-one or small-group conference call formats, which allow each of the participants to be effectively guided in applying enhanced managerial skills and competencies, leading to the achievement of specific, measurable goals.
